Known Issues

There are a few issues with Observer that you should be aware of.

• Your results will probably not be satisfactory if you attempt to sync Observer to multiple devices or multiple machines. You should have a 1-to-1 correspondence between Palms and machines when syncing.
• At this time you should be sure to make the setting that deletes observations from the Palm after syncing. Failure to do this will result in duplicated observations. To make this setting, select Tools > Preferences and put a check in .
